Automatic Filling System for LPG Cylinders

一、Rotary Automatic Filling System

Main Features: Only one power motor is required, featuring low energy consumption, adjustable speed and stable operation; automatic cylinder loading and unloading; automatic valve opening and closing by manipulator; automatic stop when reaching the set filling capacity, self-adaptation for 12KG and 15KG LPG cylinders, with optional automatic gun disconnection; only 1-2 operators are needed for the 24-station turntable operation.

The LPG cylinder is automatically pushed onto the turntable scale platform by the cylinder loading mechanism. The cylinder holder clamps the cylinder automatically, and the manipulator lowers to open the cylinder’s angle valve. The electronic scale starts automatic filling. When the filling reaches the preset weight, the electronic scale triggers valve closure and an alarm; the manipulator then lowers to close the cylinder’s angle valve (automatic gun disconnection for the filling gun is optional). The cylinder unloading mechanism hooks the filled cylinder onto the chain conveyor line (cylinders that are under-filled or still connected to the filling gun will not trigger the unloading device, ensuring safety). (Optional: self-adaptive mixed filling for 12KG and 15KG cylinders)

二、Automatic Gun Disconnection + Residual Gas Recovery System

Main Features: After the filling is completed and the manipulator automatically closes the angle valve, the gas remaining between the angle valve and the hose is automatically recovered to the main pipeline through the recovery system. This not only reduces liquefied gas loss but also saves one labor cost.

When the electronic scale fills the cylinder to the preset weight, the manipulator closes the angle valve, and the residual gas recovery system is activated to pump the liquefied gas between the hose and the valve back to the main pipeline. Then the filling gun disconnects automatically, completing the residual gas recovery and automatic gun disconnection.

三、High-Precision Electronic Leak Detection System

Main Features: When the filling weight reaches the preset value, the manipulator closes the angle valve, and the residual gas recovery system is activated to pump the liquefied gas between the hose and the valve back to the main pipeline. The filling gun then disconnects automatically, completing the residual gas recovery and automatic gun disconnection process.

When the filled LPG cylinder enters the electronic leak detector, the cylinder clamping mechanism positions the cylinder, and the leak detection hood lowers automatically to perform a gas leak test. If no gas leakage is detected, the cylinder proceeds normally through the chain conveyor line to the next station. If gas leakage is detected, the display screen will show a text prompt indicating gas leakage and trigger an audible and visual alarm simultaneously. Meanwhile, the cylinder pushing mechanism will be activated to push the leaking cylinder out of the conveyor line onto the discharge roller table.
