Yaweihua Company has completed the technical transformation project for the National Quality Inspection Base in Southwest China

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Yaweihua Company completed the technical transformation project Gas Equipment Detection Line System and Equipment for the national quality inspection base in Southwest China. Strict compliance with national standards was enforced from the project's inception. The gas pressure regulating equipment detection line was designed, manufactured, and debugged based on the principles of static characteristic type tests and flow coefficient test systems. Equipment selection and processing were carried out in strict accordance with high standards, allowing no deviations.

During the process, a batch of pressure gauges with a measurement range of 0-0.1 Mpa and an accuracy requirement of 0.4 failed the calibration. Production and delivery were immediately rearranged, and re-calibration was conducted until the standards were met, enabling the installation and debugging to proceed. The company firmly upholds the business philosophy of "quality first," tolerating no negligence. To meet user needs without hesitation, even though the equipment laboratory was located 50 cm above the ground with steps, hindering the transportation of large equipment, and no transport equipment was planned in the budget, a steel structure loading platform was separately constructed. Two hydraulic forklifts and two flatbed trailers were configured to ensure a flawless and obstacle-free equipment detection process, achieving user satisfaction.
