Steam Metering Room Project for Energy-Saving Transformation of Coal-Fired Boiler

Today, the project of a steam metering room for coal-fired boiler energy-saving transformation of Jinluling Company in the development zone of my hometown Jinggangshan was finally completed. Due to various objective reasons, the processing and installation were intermittent, and it took two years to finish. I couldn't refuse this project and had to tackle it despite difficulties. Due to design issues, the metering room unexpectedly couldn't accommodate this set of equipment, so the roof of the metering room was built, demolished, and rebuilt repeatedly. After going through a lot of troubles, the full set of advanced metering instrument equipment was finally installed and debugged today.

The electric gate valves used in this equipment are products of Harbin Electric Group (a manufacturer known for aircraft carrier valves), the balanced flow meters are A+K products from the United States, and the differential pressure and temperature remote transmission instruments are Rosemount products. The equipment is costly, the installation is time-consuming, and it's hard to mention benefits—this is just a contribution to my hometown.
