The problem is that the mayor does not have the authority to approve the shutdown and replacement of equipment, only online repairs can be carried out. This difficulty is already high. There is no online repair clause in the contract, and shutdown repair is not possible. It is time to test us. I come from the military industry and cannot tolerate any quality problems with the product. Therefore, we sent four batches of personnel to inspect the filtration, valves, instruments and other components of the equipment separately. Finally, we found that there was internal leakage in the cast steel body of the ball valve flange bolt hole. After multiple discussions, we used PH5180 emergency repair glue to repair and leak the valve body, successfully repairing the ball valve. After pumping and testing, there were no leaks. In the long run, we have sent a new turbine ball valve to the site for backup.
